Individual Counselling Session

Counselling offers you a compassionate space to express, find clarity, and renewed direction in your life.

You are the expert on your own life - I listen, help you to express freely & reflect.
Together we will explore the issues that you bring and focus on you finding creative solutions.
I support you to develop awareness and clarity, linked to your expression, life purpose and direction
I encourage you to connect to your inner resources, personal and spiritual qualities so that you can deepen your connection to these dimensions of yourself.

My approach

Each session is shaped by your needs and may include:

Exploring the body–mind connection
Interpretation of symbols in art work, dreams & meditation experiences
I may suggest simple practices to increase balance and insight

You can send a short written text, an important dream, photograph of a painting/creative work if you wish to use these as a focus for a session.

I am very intuitive and bring both professional skills & a rich life/work experience. I have worked both in Institutional settings and in private practice. I am a mother and grandmother, & my life has been enriched by living in different cultures (France, Switzerland & Ireland.) I am trained in spiritual healing & meditation & have practised for many years.

I speak fluent French and conversational German.

Fee : € 60 for 70 minutes Zoom or in person session
